How to Register

All attendees to the Palm Springs Photo Festival are required to pay the appropriate registration fee which entitles them to all four Symposiums, four Evening Presentations, certain Seminars, Open Portfolio Review, Opening Cocktail Reception and our two Festival Networking Parties at the Palm Springs Art Museum. The registration fees are in addition to fees for Workshops, certain Seminars, Portfolio Reviews & Tech Consultations. Those in the Workshop Program receive a 20% discount on Registration Fees for the days of their workshops. Workshop attendees taking 4-day workshops are able to register for seminars on the fourth day of their workshop because the 4th day morning sessions are optional.
There are no application deadlines, but courses fill quickly, so we urge you to apply as soon as possible.
How to Pay
All fees must be paid in U.S. currency. We accept personal and company checks, as well as Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All registration fees are refundable with a $15 cancellation fee until one month from the start of the festival. After this time, fees are non-refundable except in case of any course cancellation. In special circumstances we can accept a partial payment with the balance due within 30 days – Please call 1-800- 928-8314 to learn more.
There will be a $15 cancellation fee should you cancel your registration online at any time up until February 28. After this date all fees paid are non-refundable. Those canceling workshops will be charged an additional $75.
Certain workshops will involve field trips. The Palm Springs Photo Festival cannot be responsible to provide access for persons with disabilities for these events.
Students, Palm Springs Residents & Seniors (over the age of 65) qualifying I.D. receive a 10% discount on all Seminars, Portfolio Reviews & Workshops. Valid proof required upon entry.
